Join the Circle of Care
CAPN's Circle of Care recognizes our most generous and engaged stakeholders. This circle of leaders provides the sustaining support that is critical to CAPN's mission by making a substantial annual contribution of $1,000 or more — that's just $84 per month. We are honored you have chosen to support CAPN and thank you for providing us with the financial resources and tangible support to help us fulfill our mission and realize our vision.
In 2013, CAPN will provide health care services to more than 4,000 homeless and medically underserved people in Atlanta. Your support allows us to make a profound impact on the health of our clients.
If you are interested in becoming part of CAPN's leadership circle, you can make your donation online as a one time gift, a monthly gift of $84, or in any increment you choose. You can also call Rebecca Moges at 404.658.1500 to become part of the Circle of Care by phone.
Thank you for being a part of CAPN's leadership circle, and we look forward to seeing you at our next Circle of Care event!
